Terms of Service

By becoming a member of NoMoreTread you automatically agree to these terms. Violation of these terms will result in removal or blacklisting.

 SECTION 1: Cooperation

1A. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated at NoMoreTread. This includes bullying towards other members or non-members. Bullying immediately results in blacklisting.

2A. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated at NoMoreTread. This includes sexual harassment, annoying harassment, etc. Harassment immediately results in blacklisting. 

3A. Sexual Favors are not tolerated at Purple60. This means any sexual advance towards another person or another member in order to acquire something. 

3B. Acts such as Quid pro quo, giving someone an opportunity to perform a sexual favor to get something from another member, will immediately result in blacklisting and possible legal action.

SECTION 2: Brand Awareness

1A. NoMoreTread is not and will not be affiliated with illegal activities. Taking pictures or videos featuring NoMoreTread Facilities while committing illegal actions will result in termination or Blacklisting. 

1B. NoMoreTread is not and will not be affiliated with illegal substances (marijuana, cocaine, etc.). Photographing or videoing abuse of these substances inside Purple60 Facilities will result in termination or Blacklisting.

2A. Being a NoMoreTread member, we really prefer you to be good stewards to your and our communities. This is why driving while drunk is an absolute zero-tolerance policy. Driving drunk will result in blacklisting. Previous DUI's will prevent you from joining the club unless the DUI is over five years old.

SECTION 3: Appeal

1A. Appealing a removal from NoMoreTread requires signing up for NoMoreTread a second time on a different form, where you can explain what you've done wrong and tell us how you've improved since your removal. Blacklisting prevents you from rejoining, Blacklisting currently cannot be reversed.
